• You may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original pieces and packaging intact.
• For golf balls, this means you cannot return a portion of a dozen balls.

2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include all accessories and documentation that came with the product.
3. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
5. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 30 days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to contact support@meritgolf.co return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following the standard return process.
